This Return and Refund Policy outlines how we handle changes, cancellations, and refund requests for yoga sessions. Our goal is to be clear, flexible, and fair while maintaining the integrity of our scheduling process.
1. General Overview
Our sessions are offered in small group settings to ensure quality and comfort. Each booking reserves a limited space and time. We encourage early communication if you cannot attend, so we can help you adjust your schedule when possible.
2. One-Time Class Bookings
Bookings for individual sessions are generally non-refundable. However, we aim to accommodate reasonable changes when notified in advance.
If you cannot attend a session and contact us at least 24 hours before the class, we may offer:
A transfer of your booking to another date
A session credit valid for future use
3. Missed or Late Sessions
If you miss a session without prior notice, we may not be able to offer a credit or reschedule.
For late arrivals (in-person or online), we recommend joining quietly to avoid disrupting the group. Partial attendance does not qualify for a refund.
4. Class Cancellations by Chromagni
If a class is cancelled by us (e.g. instructor illness or studio closure), you will receive:
A full refund for that session, or
The option to rebook at no additional cost
We will notify you via the contact details provided during booking.
5. Online Session Disruptions
If a live online class is interrupted due to a technical issue on our side, we may offer:
A rescheduled session
A session credit (if the disruption prevented full participation)
Internet or device issues on the participant’s side are not eligible for compensation, but we may offer support if contacted promptly.
6. Multi-Class Passes and Packages
If you purchase a package (e.g. 5-class pass), unused sessions may be credited under the following conditions:
A request is made before the pass expires
Sessions were not attended or previously rescheduled
Credits are non-transferable and valid for 30 days from the original booking date unless otherwise noted.

All requests must be made via email to ensure accurate processing.
